Workout with Doug
Come join me at my private studio gym,
in Los Angeles, California…
for each of my 3 workouts
(parts 1, 2 and 3 of the 3-Way Split).
You’ll be my training partner, set for set,
as I prepare for my next competition
Each workout is approximately 90 minutes.
Day One is:
Pecs, Lats, Middle Traps (inner back), Calves, Medial Deltoids and Glutes
Day Two is:
Posterior and Anterior Deltoids, Biceps, Triceps, Upper Traps and Quads
Day Three is:
Hamstrings, Hip Flexors, Abs, Erector spinae (lower back), Obliques, Forearms, Rotator Cuff and Neck
Each workout is $300.
Join me for all three, or join me for one or two of your choice.
If you are from out of town, you must make your own travel plans and accommodations.

I typically workout at 2:00 pm (PST) Monday through Friday,
and at 5:00 pm (PST) on Saturdays.
You can take photos, but no video.
You can certainly take notes.
